Local Barbados Delivery

All kits, torches, and accessories have access to delivery anywhere in Barbados. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you directly to coordinate a same-day or next-day drop-off, depending on your location and time of purchase.

Delivery Timeline:

  • In-stock items: 24–48 hours

  • Preorders: 1–3 weeks depending on demand, stock arrival, and preparation

You’ll receive updates by WhatsApp or email once your order is confirmed and on the way.

Regional / Caribbean Shipping

We’re currently expanding shipping options across the Caribbean.

If you're located outside Barbados and wish to place an order:

  • Contact us directly via Instagram, WhatsApp, or our contact form

  • We’ll provide a custom shipping quote and delivery timeline

  • Shipments are handled via regional couriers (DHL, FedEx, or local services)

Note: Regional orders may be subject to customs or local duties based on your country’s regulations.

Order Tracking & Support

Once your order is processed:

  • You’ll be notified by WhatsApp or email

  • For regional orders, we’ll provide a tracking number (when applicable)

Shipping Disruptions or Delays

If there's a delay due to weather, customs, or high-volume periods, we'll notify you immediately and work to resolve it quickly. Our goal is to never leave you guessing.
